Passenger Train Operators of the Year

Awards in these six passenger-orientated categories will be given to operators achieving high standards of service operation, an increase in passenger growth and excellent levels of passenger satisfaction. Judges will be looking for evidence of performance improvements, high safety and security standards; revenue growth, service to customers, introduction of new products and services, integration with other modes and innovative marketing to encourage further rail use.
